An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".

FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.

Orders ship within 2 business days during normal operation. During holiday seasons we do ship on a "first come basis". If you need your order for a certain date please contact us and let us know the specifics for your order.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information.

** We highly suggest keeping our products in an airtight container after opening. *Cakes: 5 days at room temp., 1 month in the fridge, and 3 months in the freezer. *Brittles: 4-6 weeks at room temp. It is not suggested to freeze or place these in the fridge. *Chocolates: 10 days at room temp., 1 month in the fridge, and 3 months in the freezer.

We process the following items in our facility: *Peanuts *Tree Nuts *Soy *Dairy *Wheat(gluten) **we do offer gluten free items, but are not a certified gluten free facility. While we take all possible precautions to keep products separated, you are ordering these at your own risk.

When we are able, we do accept custom orders and requests. Just contact us and let us know your request and we will happily respond if it's within our current capabilities. **We do handle large orders and corporate orders.

During warm, summer months we do ship your product in insulated packaging with ice packs. It is highly suggested that someone be available to receive your package so that it does not sit in the sun for an extended period.
